Methodology to save energy
Mitsubishi Goes Electric: New EVs in 2010
Green Car Congress: May 11, 2005
Mitsubishi Motors announced that it will begin selling electric cars in Japan in 2010.
I'm quite encouraged by this article, though, a bit old now. How is the driving taste? Those kind of questions pop up in my mind one after another. But come to think of it, this technology is mainly aiming to ecology, isn't it? So I come to think about the methodology to save energy with personal vehicles, not focusing only on this particular technology.

"Wise men respect justice, mean men respect profit"
Largemouths around the world - ESPN Outdoors
37 nonnative species subject to import ban - Japan Today

I would say "Well done!" to The Ministry of the Environment (ME in followings) in Japan.

I find they made a courageous decision under the hard pressure from the fishing assciation that wills to keep existing fishing bussiness of bass fishing. Largemouths bass is well known as a harmful alien specie, and canivarizing the original biogeocenosis of Japan.

We have been seen Japan's biogeocenosis is rapidly changing as living area of many species like bears are getting closer due to less natural foods. Less food in nature has already been controvertial, so I want the association give it up now.

Further as I see the extermination list of alien species, ME has taken plenty of time to research the real situation in the environment. I would approse their work succeeding to evident the necessity of this activity.

It reminds me "Wise men respect justice, mean men respect profit" in the Confucian ethic.

Nuclear spiral
Fukui gov. OK's Monju modification - Yomiuri
Fukui Gov. Issei Nishikawa on Sunday approved a government plan to modify the Monju fast-breeder nuclear reactor in Tsuruga, Fukui Prefecture, paving the way for the resumption of operations at the nuclear facility, which has been shut down since a 1995 sodium leak accident.
Once a nuclear power station is started the activity, no one can stop it. If they quitted using it and left as it is, the radiation ray would be outflown after the metalic pipes are cracked by the deveropped rust. They need to maintain it forever no matter how much the output power is.

The neibours have been threatened by leaking radiation ray in every directions including human-relationship. Women who has a family near a nuclear power station was refused to be married because of the family circumstances. Mother of her boyfriend insisted a rumor that women near nuclear powerstations are believed of difficulty to bear a healthy baby due to the radiation affect.

Nuclear have been destructing precious human-lifes from every direction. No wonder environment is also precious, but is it enough excuse deveropping the other night mare?

Think we need to get back to slower life.

Earth ringing like a bell after Asia quake
CNN.com - Scientists: Earth ringing like a bell after Asia quake - Jan 10, 2005

I don't want to criticize this to make people upset, but I don't want just trivializing this. We can recognize the earth is enough strong, and is not an eternity. The earth is fragile as well as human being is.
Thus we need respecting the environment for our descendant, and training ourselves for our life to be enriched.
