Japanese students starting to slack off

Japanese high school students are less willing to study than their U.S. and Chinese counterparts, according to a survey released by the Japan Youth Research Institute.
What up with high school students?I don't think I become that old, I've been thinking how to encourage the young generation in Japan.

Dutch gay couples to adopt foreign childrenI'm not meaning to discriminate those persons. I just wonder if the kids have the human-rights to deny it or not because they might be too small to express theirselves.

Dutch law will be changed so as to make it possible for homosexual comples to legally adopt foreign children. Presently, only adoption of Dutch children is allowed.
