Green chaud (Hot Green)
When I went to France on March, I had a drink named "Green chaud" that contains a french harb liqueur, Chartreuse. Since I bought me a bottle of the liqueur, I tryed reproducing "Green chaud" at home. However the taste is terrible!
Chartreuse verde 55%
The bottle in front of coffie machine is the french harb liqueur, Chartreuse. I basically like drinking harb liqueur after eating, so I always have any harb liqueur at home. Now I have Jagermeister from Germany, Unicum from Hungary, Jenepi from France and Chartreuse.

Anyway, I made "Green chaud" mixing coffee and Chartreuse. Because I'm an enthusiast of harb liqueur, I put a bit more than one shot. But the taste is quite terrible. Further it's too tough to drink because it vapors the harb flavor too much like an acrid smell!

In fact it's not only because my Chartreuse is 55% proof, neither I poured it too much. Basically the recipe was completely wrong. I mixed it with coffee, but I should have mixed with Hot Chocolate!

The coffee machine on the above photo produces very good coffee. Think I'm very lucky because I could get it by a big gain from Holland casino. But now I find it's not mighty. It might be terrible taste by the user's mistake. This is something I should have known through my daily business...
